What is Yoga

Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice offering tools to unite the mind, body and soul.

Practicing yoga can ease the turbulence and constant chatter of the mind, allowing us to live more fully in the present moment, letting go of regrets from the past and fears of the future.

Yoga helps to build strength and flexibility within the body whilst reducing pain, tension and injury.

Through the practice we become more connected to our true nature or soul, enabling us to find peace and happiness within ourselves instead of looking for it in other people, places or material objects.

Yoga is a complete system and way of life with many physical, emotional and psychological benefits.
